Custom City & State Home Sign

Show the love for your state with a personalized "home" sign.

Measures 11.25" x 15" and includes a twine hanger for hanging.

Includes state of your choice in white distressed paint and the city marked with a red heart. Color for "home" can be personalized in the box below.  Default color will be slate blue.

Each sign is handmade using high quality materials. The sign is created with 3/4” thick pine wood. Base is hand stained, painted and sealed for years of use.
