Frequently Asked Questions

Order Production & Shipping

Each and every item at Olivia Grace Paper is made to order just for you. That means production times vary for each item. Generally speaking, you can expect the following production times:
Drinkware: 3-5 business days
Wood Signs: 1 week
Misc. Items: 3-5 business days

Shipping time is in addition to production time. Once the shipping company takes possession of your package, I cannot guarantee transit time. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances can delay package delivery time. Please expect delays due to high holiday shipping volume.

Refunds will not be provided for items that do not arrive on time or due to shipper error.

Can my order be customized?

Personalized orders are my favorite and are always welcome! Just about anything I create can be customized with respect to color, design or size. Please contact me via email prior to purchase to discuss customization details.

Why does my sign look a little different than the picture?

Each and every piece of wood used is unique and is selected for its variation in grain, texture and color. Natural imperfections such as slight warping, knots, nicks, holes and minor cracks enhance the beauty of the wood and guarantee that no two signs will be the same. Similarly, each piece of wood will take the staining or painting process differently, resulting in a lighter or darker color that what is shown on the screen.

Olivia Grace Paper signs are handmade using high quality materials. Framed signs are created with 1/2” thick birch plywood with a 1”x2” pine frame. Unframed signs are made with ¾” thick pine wood. Final sign dimensions may vary slightly due to variance in wood sizes. Unless otherwise indicated, hardware is included for hanging.

How do I care for my new wood sign?

Signs created for porch or outdoor use are sealed, but are not meant for water exposure. Please protect your sign from direct or continued water exposure.

Occasionally, your sign may need to be cleaned. I suggest a light dusting or a *lightly* damp rag (less water is better) to gently wipe.

How do I care for my new mug/tumbler/cup?

Caring for your drinkware is easy. Unless otherwise noted, your mug or tumbler is dishwasher safe and microwave safe - only ceramic though. Don’t try to blow up your microwave with anything metal. Pretty please? However, hand wash is recommended since all dishwashers have different temperature settings.

Some items are created using permanent, commercial-grade vinyl. If that’s the case, then you’ll receive a care card with each item. They are handwash only, with no soaking or scrubbing. No microwaves either.
